TRAINING CAMPS:
In 2015, there are plans to launch male and female training camps in the Midlands (this location has been selected as it is easy to get to on the train from the North, Westcountry and London rendering it the best choice for people from all over England).
These will be held on Sunday afternoons once per month, for six months at a very well equipped strongman and bodybuilding gym, I have negotiated hire of the facility when it is closed to the public, so these will be totally private, unhindered, unimpeded sessions unlike regular personal training and group coaching that takes place in gyms open to the public.
These camps will, month by month to give you all the information, techniques, tips and secrets you need to take home and apply to build your best ever body.
Over the six months, they will cover:
- MOBILITY & MOVEMENT [Maximally Efficient, Safe, Strong Lifting].
- HYPERTROPHY [Muscle Growth and How to Maximise It].
- STRENGTH & POWER [Increasing Rep and Max. Load Records plus Explosive Work].
- CONDITIONING [Energy System Development for Fatloss and Fitness such as Sprinting and Strongman Work].
This ensures the select group not only look the part but can perform too, learning what to do for the month ahead on the training days.
In the male training camp homework, hypertrophy elements will be focussed on building the best male physique with a particular emphasis on shoulders and arms.
In the female training camp homework hypertrophy techniques will be focussed on building the best female physique; focussing on the desired bodyparts without stimulating the ones you don't want bigger like traps and forearms, but hitting the bullseye on the bodyparts you would like improved, such as building 3D glutes and wonderful legs for example.
As a BONUS because I want to MAXIMISE your results, there will also be nutrition webinars to teach you how to take control of your own diet alongside testing and monitoring of progress on all fronts.
Quite simply you'll be given everything you need to know and do to work towards building your best ever body in a six month period.
It's usually £625 for people to start up with me for online nutrition and training.
I'm offering just this sum for six months of face to face coaching with workout logs and diet sorted too.
