Weekly or fortnightly half hour meetings to assess training and/or nutrition in order to keep everything perfectly on track to ensure long-term success.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. For physique competitors [in men's bodybuilding and physique, and women's bikini and figure et cetera], Alex will often only prep somebody if he has done their "offseason" nutrition and training so that together a complete physique has been built with the important foundation of a good relationship with food; this is paramount before anything can even begin to take place for maintaining muscle and reducing subcutaneous body fat storage to compete on stage.
For lifters and fighters needing to make a weigh-in, again, often Alex will want to see that the individual is not so far from making weight that expectations are unrealistic as harmful methods would be the only way to get there and that's not something he supports. Alex will also want to see that a good relationship with food is in place, and will likely not want to cut somebody who does not have that in place.
Sometimes Alex will make exceptions if he can see doing so won't harm the individual.
Alex will work with people in clean sport, tested federations and untested alike, but please appreciate that none of the services offer performance enhancing drug advice of any kind behind the scenes either, so don't ask about that, ever, it's not available and never will be.
Both physical and mental health is paramount to Alex and is in the forefront of his mind with all approaches and protocols.
