The Iron Cowboy is an ironman triathlete; for the uninitiated ironmans consist of a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride and a marathon 26.2-mile (42.2 km) run, raced in that order without a break.
He completed THIRTY ironman triathlons in one year, which WAS a record.
However, he SMASHED his own record but doing FIFTY ironmans in FIFTY days across all FIFTY states, now known as the 50:50:50
He imparted:
"I've had nearly every test done you can imagine, and physically; I'm as average as they come."

Quinn has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. He is the head of rehabilitation at Juggernaut Strength Systems and Darkside Strength and operates out of his clinic, Paradigm Performance.
Quinn played Div 1-AA football for Valparaiso University as a defensive back, having also competed in track and field [athletics] and powerlifting. He currently trains full-time as an Olympic Weightlifter.
On the show, Quinn gives superb insights into mobility, flexibility and injury prevention, if you want your body to function better, this is a "must-listen" interview.
