For the curious, here Alex is teaching Larissa the Cable Pull-Through; an effective exercise for warming up and/or developing the hamstrings, glutes and spinal erectors, AKA the posterior chain.
It's also a great way to prime the body to hip hinge, the movement pattern used in deadlift variants such as conventional deadlifting, trap bar deadlifting, sumo deadlifting, deficit deadlifting, rack/block deadlifting and Romanian deadlifting, both clean and snatch grip barbell.
The Pull-Through can be used to bring blood to these areas between heavy sessions to promote recovery too.

"I followed Alex on social media for over a year through reading his forever insightful anecdotes on training and nutrition. I always find technique tune up sessions with Alex really useful.
Alex helps me to perfect the correct movement patterns and adapts lifts to fit my individual needs. After a bad injury I lost all joy in lifting weights as it only caused me more pain.
Alex helped me fixed this using lifts that suit my body; my personal mobility, working around my injuries without aggravating them. This really changed the way I train and the benefits are obvious - my back pain is gone, my lifts are smoother, my mobility is improving and training is fun once again. Alex is a very patient and calm coach who focuses entirely on you and your specific needs which is something that I've found hard to find and I think it's rare these days.

Eventually, we set a target to squat 1.5x my bodyweight, which is 85kg and a lifetime personal record for me, we achieved it and set the next target: 100kg.
